МОНЕ СНІ 摩诃池

MoHeChi Park, located in the core area of Tianfu Cultural Park in Chengdu, covers approximately 63 mu (about 4 hectares) .

The park’s construction includes the excavation of the Mohe Pond lake area, water ecosystem development, shaded pathways, and the preservation and display of cultural relics. Visitors can enjoy various attractions such as LiuRao Tai, MoHeYiCui, and the remains of ancient palace walls. The park also preserves vegetation like paulownia, ficus virens, and ginkgo trees. It takes about five minutes to walk around the pond.

Historically, Mohe Pond was known as the “Central Park” of Tang Dynasty Chengdu, once serving as an imperial garden. It has a long history, witnessing over 1,300 years of changes in the central area of Chengdu. It remains a valuable historical site with an unchanging location and name throughout Chengdu’s history.
